Shipping
All orders are packed carefully and dispatched from our location within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Domestic shipping
Standard shipping (5–7 business days) is $8.00 and free on all orders over $80. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available for $15.00. Overnight delivery is $29.99 for orders placed before 12 PM EST.
International shipping
We ship internationally. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to predict or cover these charges.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please reach out to us at info@darklyrooted.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
During high-volume periods — holidays, major releases, and sale events — processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days. We appreciate your patience.
